The first foal that was born is out of Orka frá Grenstangi, who is out of the old Grenstangi blood that Tommi´s grandfather has bred. We really wanted to keep that bloodline, since those horses were know for their high leg action and great tölt. This little guy (shown in photo) has already been named Örn frá Grenstanga, in Tommi´s honor (Tómas Örn Snorrason). We went to look at the second foal, born yesterday, out of our Kápa and we got another stud, red with two stars. He is lighter built than Örn (Örn is already looking like a body builder), with long legs and SUPER high leg action! Very exciting :) Now we are only expecting one more from Ívar and Sónata frá Álftárósi, a mare known for her impressive self-carriage, leg action and great tölt.
